Integrated in the villa-charme of the neighborhood, a residential house with underground car park will be built. There are 4 residential units in the building. By an elevator all units can be used barrier-free. High windows and large ceiling heights in the ground floor create bright rooms, flooded with light, which allow an exceptional interior design. With the underground car park, every unit gets its own parking facilities. It is planned to supervise the project until completion.
