Residential houses Pankow

On the project area, the basis for a development with 2 multi-family houses in an open construction was created. These houses fit into the character of the surroundings of the neighboring buildings. On a plot of land of 1,760 m², approx. 1,900 m² of living space will be created. In addition, the entire project area will be built under with an underground car park with up to 44 parking spaces.
All residential units (50% barrier-free) can be reached via an elevator. The floor plans are designed with an open living and kitchen area, bedroom, balcony or terrace and a separate study room as the basis for working from home. It is planned to supervise the project until completion.
