Accommodation company with restaurant

The concept of an accommodation business with underground parking and a restaurant on the ground floor was developed on a plot of land of approx. 3,000 m². The aim was to create an alternative to a conventional hotel business, in which contempor ary requirements are taken into account and the operational processes are optimized for the benefit of the user. The project with a usable area of approx. 6,000 m² was brought up to the point of building.
